What is this site and how does it work?
This is the official Greyhound Channel Contest website where customers can participate in our featured contests and promotions, keep track of points earned, and redeem points for our merchandise and wagering credit.
Is this site secure?
Only your name and Greyhound Channel account number are used on this site. We're committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure.
Is this run by Greyhound Channel?
Yes, it's the exact same staff. You can call us to help you out with both the contest site and the wagering site.
How do I enroll in the rewards program?
Once an account has been created you are automatically signed up for our points system.
Why do I need to have a separate rewards account?
Rewards accounts are separate from Greyhound Channel wagering accounts. Creating a rewards account allows you to take advantage of our points and redemption program.
Does creating an account involve the same steps as www.greyhoundchannel.com?
No, creating the account is done by just entering your name, Greyhound Channel account number, email address, chosen username and password. No extra verification is needed.
What contests do you have?
Customers can earn points by placing 2nd through 5th in our weekly Saturday Handicapping Contest featured on our wagering site: https://www.greyhoundchannel.com/promotions. Periodically we will have additional contests or promotions that will allow you to obtain points. These will be announced on the home page as well as the wagering site.
At what rate can I earn points?
Point accrual is dependent on participation in our featured contests and promotions. The more you participate, the greater the rewards.
The weekly handicapping contest participants receive:
Handicapping 1st Place = $100 Cash, plus a chance to earn an additional $100 in a follow-up competition
Handicapping 2nd Place = 2,500 pts
Handicapping 3rd Place = 1,500 pts
Handicapping 5th Place = 500 pts
Featured contest points will be posted under rules of the respective contests and will differ depending on the involvement of the contest.
How can I view my current point balance?
Log in and your point balance will be reflected on the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
My point balance doesn't look right. How do I verify that it's correct?

When do points get added to the account?
Points will be credited once contest parameters have been met and are usually reflected in your account within 24 hours of being earned. For example, our handicapping contest points will typically be awarded on Sunday.
How do I redeem points earned?
Hover your mouse over the Redeem Points button once you are logged in and a merchandise list will drop down for redemption. The amount of points needed for each product will be displayed on their respective page. Select the item you want and click submit.
I've ordered a reward. How and when will I receive it?
Rewards are processed within 24 hours of being requested. Merchandise will be sent out to the address on file associated with your wagering account. All orders will usually be sent out within 24 hours of the order being approved unless it requires further review, or the particular reward you ordered is out of stock, or our contest rules states a different schedule, or if Greyhound Channel is experiencing technical problems. An email will be sent out once the item has shipped. If you have a question about an order, please contact a customer service representative at email@example.com.
I've redeemed points for wagering credit. When is that added to my wagering account?
Wagering credit will be reflected in accounts within 24 hours of being requested and approved.
